Exchange Street, north of the Parking Plaza entrance, will be closed to through traffic from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday for the Running of the Tubs activities.
Central Avenue, from Fountain to Reserve streets, will be closed to through traffic from 8:45 a.m. until 11 a.m. for the Running of the Tubs Race.
Signs will be posted, and motorists will need to seek alternate route during street closures.
