Lincoln Street, from Drexel to Clay streets, is closed today, including overnight hours, and will reopen Thursday for wastewater main repair.
Cones Road, from Malvern Avenue to Gibbs Street, is closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today for overhead right of way work.
